  2. मुझे लिखित में जानकारी दी जाए कि उपरोक्त हेरिटेज/ हवेली प्रोपर्टी न0 944, मालीवारा, चाँदनी चौक, दिल्ली का निर्माण कार्य करने से संबन्धित आज तक HCC ने किसी को भी कोई अनुमति दी है या नहीं दी है अगर किसी को भी उपरोक्त हेरिटेज का निर्माण करी करने के लिए अनुमति दी है तो अनुमति पत्र कि तसदीक शुदा कॉपी भी दी जाए।

    List of organizations (Department/autonomous bodies/PSUs etc) under ministry of housing and urban affairs that was given one time relaxation by DOPT from discontinuing of interview at junior level in their organizations under point number 2-g of DOPT OM dated 29.12.2015 with prior approval of minister in charge as per office memorandum if any. If there is any such approval Kindly provide the file notings and the letter in which Minister in charge of ministry of housing affairs gave his approval to the proposal as per point number 2-g of the memorandum and consent given bt DOPT if any.
  2. List of organizations (Department/autonomous bodies/PSUS etc) under ministry of housing and urban affairs which were allowed to retain interview at junior level for some time like 6 months, 1 year etc. after 31/12/2015 that is the cut off date for the completion of exercise by DOP&T if any. If there is any such approval kindly provide the detail of posts and organizations for which it was allowed. Also provide the scanned copy of approval letter in which DOPT gave his consent to the proposal of ministry of housing affairs if any.
  3. Under which clause of the BYE laws this approval has been given without taking into confidence the other stack holders of the building. On 5.6.2020, the Delhi Urban Art Commission (DUAC), in its 1542nd meeting considered the proposal for the Parliament project (Development /Redevelopment of Parliament Building) and recorded various observations regarding urban form, aesthetics, incorporation of green building features, etc.

    Thereafter, on 1.7.2020 (1544th meeting), DUAC considered a revised building plan proposal submitted by the project proponent and granted its approval along with some observations regarding parking requirements, public art, skylights, and height of the building.
